Agro Notes account deletion

You can delete your Agro Notes account and your data at any time, from inside the app.

How to delete in the app

Open Agro Notes and sign in.
Tap Menu, then Settings.
Tap Account, then Delete account and data.
Confirm with Delete for good.

Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. You need an internet connection at that moment.

What is deleted and what stays

Your account: name, email, password and language are deleted.
Companies where you are the only member: deleted with everything in them — farms, fields, records, inventory, rain and machinery.
Companies with other people: you leave the team and the company continues for the others. Records you made stay there without your name, because they are part of that company's history.
If you are the only owner of a company with other people: the app asks you to hand over ownership first, on the Team screen. Then delete your account again.
Data stored on your phone is erased too.

Server backups may keep data for a limited period until they are overwritten. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own legal obligations.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your phone's subscription settings:

iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you signed in with Google or Apple

After deleting your account, you can also remove Agro Notes' access to your Google account (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps) or Apple ID (Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple).

Can't access the app?

Email contato@harvestapps.com.br from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my Agro Notes account”. We confirm the request is yours and delete the account, under the same rules above, within 15 days.
