Agro Notes Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Agro Notes app collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. Agro Notes is provided by Harvest Apps Ltda. (“we”), Brazil. Contact: contato@harvestapps.com.br.

1. Data we collect

Your account

• Name and email address.

• Password, if you sign up with email. It is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot read it.

• If you sign in with Google or Apple: the name and email those services share with us. With Apple you can choose to hide your email; in that case we receive an Apple relay address.

• The app language.

What you record in the field notebook

• Company name, country, time zone, currency and units of measure.

• Farms, fields and their areas; crops and seasons.

• Activity records (applications, products and rates used, dates, notes), product inventory, rain logs, machinery and tags.

Team data

• Who belongs to each company and each person's role (owner, manager, operator, viewer).

• The email of people you invite. We use it to send the invitation and to recognize the person when they sign in.

Subscription data

• Your plan and in-app purchase history. Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your card details.

Technical data

• Our servers automatically log technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time, and request type, for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't collect

• We don't use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.

• We don't use advertising or cross-app tracking tools, and we don't sell your data.

2. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account and let you sign in.

• To store and sync your field notebook across your devices and with your team.

• To send emails the service needs: sign-up confirmation, password reset and team invitations.

• To manage your subscription and unlock paid features.

• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

• To meet legal obligations.

Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7; GDPR, art. 6, where it applies).

3. Data on your device

To work offline, the app keeps a copy of your company's data on your phone. That copy is erased when you sign out or delete your account.

4. Who we share data with

We share your data only with the service providers that make Agro Notes work, and only for that purpose:

• Supabase: database, storage and sign-in. Servers in the United States.

• RevenueCat: subscription management.

• Resend: sending the service's emails.

• Apple and Google: sign in with Apple or Google, and payment processing in their stores.

In a company with a team, team members see that company's data according to their role. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside your country, mainly in the United States. We choose providers that apply appropriate security measures to protect this information.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, data is erased as described on the Agro Notes account deletion page. Server backups may keep data for a limited period until they are overwritten. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own legal and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us at any time to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, port or delete it, or to tell you who we share it with. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it.

You can delete your account and data inside the app. For any other request, write to contato@harvestapps.com.brfrom your account's email.

8. Security

Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted, and each company only sees its own data: the database blocks access by anyone outside the company. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

Agro Notes is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn of such a case, contact us and we will delete the data.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. For significant changes we will also let you know in the app or by email.
